    Standard Shoot + Edit - $150.00
    Up to a 30 minute shoot, 20 guaranteed photos (no limit to amount of photos). Perfect for small families, maternity or individual shoots.
    Extended Shoot + Edit - $200.00:
    Up to 60 minute long shoot, 40 guaranteed photos (no limit to the amount of photos). Perfect for families with multiple kids!
    Birthday Shoot + Edit - $250.00:
    Up to 60 minute long shoot, 50 guaranteed photos (no limit to the amount of photos). Perfect for capturing a birthday celebrations.
    *Lighting package required if the shoot is inside or at low light (eg after sunset).
    *Drone use is location dependent, I will let you know before an invoice goes out if this will be an issue.

    ​TNR Protography - Terms of Service

    Effective Date: April 2025

    This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between "TNR Protography," hereinafter referred to as "the Photographer," and the client, hereinafter referred to as "the Client." By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Services Provided

    TNR Protography will provide photography services as described in the "Standard Shoot + Edit" package. This package includes a minimum of 20 high-quality photos. ​No RAW files will be provided.
    OR
    TNR Protography will provide photography services as described in the "Extended Shoot + Edit" package. This package includes a minimum of 40 high-quality photos. No RAW files will be provided.
    OR
    TNR Protography will provide photography services as described in the "Birthday Shoot + Edit" package. This package includes a minimum of 50 high-quality photos. No RAW files will be provided.

    2. Booking and Payment

    Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the desired session date.
    Payment is required to be paid before the photoshoot happens.

    3. Payment Method

    All payments are accepted through card or bank transfer via our invoicing platform; Hnry. Payments must be made in full after your shoot, but before the client receives the photos.

    4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    In the event that the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule the booking, the following conditions apply:

    Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
    If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, the payment may not be refunded.

    5. Photography Session

    The Client agrees to arrive promptly at the agreed-upon location for the photography session.
    The Client is responsible for any additional costs incurred for location permits or entry fees and potential travel fees.
    The duration of the photography session is limited to 30 or 60 minutes, as specified in the chosen package.

    6. Photo Delivery

    TNR Protography will digitally deliver the edited photos to the Client within 14 days of the session date.
    The photos will be provided as JPGs, and the Client will have access to download them securely.

    7. Usage Rights

    TNR Protography retains all rights to the photographs taken during the session. The Client is granted personal and non-commercial use rights for the delivered photos.

    8. Client Cooperation

    The Client agrees to cooperate with TNR Protography and follow any instructions or suggestions provided during the session to ensure the best possible results.

    9. Image Quality

    TNR Protography will provide high-quality and professionally edited photos. The Client acknowledges that variations in lighting and environmental conditions may affect the final results.

    10. Client Satisfaction

    TNR Protography is committed to client satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the delivered photos, reasonable efforts will be made to address any concerns and provide revisions, if necessary.

    11. Force Majeure

    TNR Protography shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or equipment malfunctions.

    12. Privacy

    TNR Protography respects the privacy of its clients. Client information and photographs will be kept confidential and not shared without express consent.

    13. Agreement Modification

    This Agreement may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.

    14. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

    By booking the "Standard Shoot + Edit" OR "Extended Shoot + Edit" OR "Birthday Shoot + Edit" package from TNR Protography, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before making a booking. Your satisfaction is our priority.
