v1.3 - Moon Reduction FIXED - AGain - This time WAY MORE RELIABLE

After the last fix, the API I had for pulling the moon data in broke, nearly immediately. It seemed Open Weather Maps (OWM) had a problem with my IP as I couldn't get it to work again. After what feels like months of trying to fix this, it is FINALLY back up and running. Changes are as follows:
  • Brand new final aurora score data point
    • This has been tested for about a week and it has behaved as expected.
  • Brand new moon reduction data point
    • This has been tested for about a week and it has behaved as expected.
  • Moon data now reliably being pulled from OWM every 12 hours
  • Ramp up/down of moon brightness
  • Moon now takes upto 40% of the base score to provide the final score.
    • This means that aurora visibility score should never be 0 if the stats are good but the moon is up and full.
